Microplane Professional
The graters of the Microplane Professional series are made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and impress with their simple elegance. This collection includes six different blade variants: zester, fine, coarse, very coarse, a two-way cutter, and a large rasp (fine planer).
Razor-sharp, durable blades
Like all other Microplane graters, the Professional series is characterized by extremely sharp, photo-etched blades that cut the food instead of crushing it. This allows the full aroma and distinctive taste of the grated food to develop perfectly. Thanks to the sharp blades and wide grating surfaces, work can be done with almost no effort. A non-slip rubber foot provides the necessary stability.
Easy Cleaning
The cleaning of the Microplane Professional Graters is very practical: Simply rinse under running water. If the graters accidentally end up in the dishwasher, it's not a big deal. The less often, the better for the graters. A reusable protective cover is included for safe storage.
