Microplane Professional
The graters of the Microplane Professional series are made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and impress with their simple elegance. This collection includes five different blade variations: very coarse, coarse, fine, a two-way cut, and a large rasp.
Razor-sharp, durable blades
Like all other Microplane graters, the Professional series is characterized by its extremely sharp, photo-etched blades that cut the grated material instead of crushing it. This allows the full aroma and characteristic taste of the grated food to unfold perfectly. The sharp blades and wide grating surfaces make it possible to work almost effortlessly. A non-slip rubber foot ensures the necessary stability.
Easy cleaning
The Microplane Professional Graters are very practical to clean: simply rinse under running water or put them in the dishwasher. A reusable protective cover is included for safe storage.
