The blade of this slicer is made from 120 layers of hand-forged Damascus steel and reaches a hardness of 62 HRC. This combination provides exceptional sharpness and durability. The single-sided hollow grind reduces weight and allows for precise work, ideal for filleting fish or slicing paper-thin cuts of meat and vegetables.

The juniper wood handle is notable not only for its fine grain but also for its pleasant scent. Each handle is unique, impressing with its individual appearance and feel.

Thanks to the special NPC coating (Nesmuk Protective Coating), the blade is protected against corrosion. Nevertheless, the uncoated cutting edge should be cleaned and dried after use to avoid rust formation.
