Die Daman Salzmühle setzt ganz auf Transparenz und lässt den Salzinhalt ungehindert zur Geltung kommen. Durch den Verzicht auf die vertikale Mittelachse bleiben die Salzkristalle vollständig sichtbar, während das schlichte Design die Klarheit von Acryl elegant mit dem Glanz von Edelstahl verbindet.
Für präzises Mahlen ist die Mühle mit dem patentierten u’Select-System ausgestattet, das die Wahl zwischen sechs Mahlgradstufen ermöglicht – von puderfein bis extra grob. Das innovative Zirlion-Mahlwerk, eine Entwicklung aus der Peugeot-Forschung, sorgt für gleichmäßige Mahlergebnisse und intensiven Salzgeschmack auch bei kleinen Mengen. Auf das Mahlwerk wird in Deutschland eine 25-jährige Garantie gewährt.
Die Salzmühle eignet sich für trockene Salzkristalle bis zu 6 mm und ist nicht für feuchtes Meersalz vorgesehen.
