With the Peugeot Daman U'Select salt mill you bring not only functionality but also an elegant design to your kitchen. The transparent acrylic body combined with the stainless steel base allows a clear view of the salt crystals and gives the mill a modern aesthetic.
The patented u'Select system lets you precisely set the grind in six levels from fine to coarse. For example, you can use fine salt for a delicate carpaccio or choose a coarser grain for a juicy steak. Once set, the grind remains constant, even when refilling or during use.
The hardened steel grinding mechanism is specially designed for dry rock salt with a grain size of up to 4 mm. Damp sea salt is not suitable for this mill. Thanks to the magnetic closure on the mill head, the mill can be filled effortlessly. A discreet "S" on the base of the mill marks it as a salt mill.
With a height of 16 cm, the mill sits comfortably in the hand and is a practical aid when seasoning a variety of dishes. Whether refining soups, salads or main courses – the Peugeot Daman U'Select salt mill reliably supports you in the kitchen.
