Both mills feature a high-quality grinding mechanism made of hardened steel. The pepper grinder is equipped with a two-row spiral tooth profile that first pre-cuts the peppercorns and then grinds them finely. This releases the aromas optimally. The grind size can be adjusted continuously via the top screw: the tighter you turn it, the finer the result. The mill is suitable for peppercorns with a diameter of up to 6 mm.

The salt mill is specifically designed for dry salt. Its grinding mechanism efficiently and evenly crushes salt crystals. Here too, the grind size is adjusted via the top screw. Please note that the mill is not suitable for moist sea salt.

The bodies of both mills are made of finely polished, matte black beech wood, while the mill heads are made of stainless steel. To refill, simply unscrew the mill head. For differentiation, the mills are marked with a "P" and an "S" on the stainless steel head.
