Its slender, waisted body of finely polished olive wood feels comfortable in the hand and gives your kitchen or dining table an elegant touch. The stainless steel head forms an elegant contrast to the warm wood and bears the characteristic "S" to indicate it is a salt mill.
The heart of this mill is the proven Peugeot grinding mechanism made of hardened steel, specially developed for dry salt. It crushes salt crystals up to 4 mm in diameter efficiently and evenly. Please note that moist sea salt is not suitable, as it can impair functionality. You can adjust the grind size individually using the head screw: the tighter you fasten it, the finer the grind will be. This gives you full control over the texture of your salt, matching your culinary creations.
Filling the mill is very simple: by unscrewing the stainless steel head you can conveniently refill the grinder with fresh salt.
