Details
The Peugeot Paris Nature 12 cm salt mill stands for sustainable design and responsible use of resources. In this special collection, pieces of wood are used that in the past would have been discarded because of minor visual irregularities, although their mechanical properties remain of high quality. A special texturing gives the wood an individual surface, while an ecological, plant-based varnish protects the natural appearance and at the same time provides resistance and durability.
Made in France from PEFC-certified wood from French forests, the compact mill combines environmental awareness with traditional craftsmanship. Inside works the Zirlion grinding mechanism, an innovation from Peugeot, made from particularly resilient zirconia ceramic. It ensures an even grind and intense salt flavor even with small quantities. The grind can be conveniently adjusted via the top screw: tightened produces fine salt, loosened makes the grind coarser.
The 12 cm high salt mill is suitable for grinding dry salt crystals up to 6 mm and should be cleaned only with a soft cloth. Peugeot provides a 25-year warranty on the Zirlion grinding mechanism in Germany and a 5-year warranty on the product.
