Details
The Peugeot Paris 12 cm salt mill is a timeless classic that has stood for authentic table culture and precise seasoning technique for decades. Its characteristic, slightly bulbous shape is known worldwide and fits comfortably in the hand. Finished in an elegant chocolate brown, the compact mill can be effortlessly moved from the kitchen to the dining table.
Made in France from PEFC-certified beech wood sourced from French forests, it combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. Inside works the Zirlion grinding mechanism, an innovation from Peugeot, made of durable zirconia ceramic. It delivers a consistent grind and intense salt flavor even in small quantities. The grind setting is easily adjusted via the top screw: tightened for fine salt, loosened for coarser grains.
The 12 cm-high salt mill is suitable for dry salt crystals up to 6 mm. Peugeot provides a 25-year warranty on the Zirlion grinding mechanism in Germany and a 5-year warranty on the product.
