This 18 cm high mill made of beech wood impresses with its elegant, anthracite-gray finish with a slight metallic effect that highlights the natural grain of the wood.
Inside is the patented u'Select grinding mechanism made of hardened steel, known for its durability. With six preset grind settings that you can precisely adjust at the base of the mill, you have full control over the coarseness of your pepper – from fine to coarse. For example, you can choose a fine grind for a delicate carpaccio, while a coarse grind gives your steak a robust seasoning.
The mill is suitable for various types of pepper, including black, white, green and red pepper, as well as pink peppercorns (up to 15% in a mix) and coriander seeds. Refilling is very simple: by unscrewing the mill head you can conveniently refill the peppercorns.
