At its heart is the patented u'Select grinding mechanism made of hardened steel, which allows you to precisely adjust the grind in six steps from fine to coarse. This lets you grind the pepper exactly to your taste, whether for a delicate carpaccio or a hearty steak.
The ergonomic shape ensures comfortable handling, while the bright red lacquer of the mill adds a stylish accent to your kitchen. Refilling is very simple: by unscrewing the mill head you can conveniently refill the peppercorns.
