The 3-stage knife sharpener delivers long-lasting sharpness in no time and is particularly easy to use – ideal even for beginners. Three coordinated sharpening stages (tungsten carbide, diamond-coated and ceramic) provide optimal results from initial sharpening of blunt blades to fine honing at a fixed angle of 20–40°. The ergonomic handle, non-slip base and suitability for both right- and left-handed users ensure secure handling. The sharpening head is replaceable and cleaning is done by hand. Not suitable for serrated, ceramic knives or scissors.
