Details

The ZWILLING Milano braising pan 28 cm in blue with glass lid combines Italian design with high functionality. Designed by Milanese designers Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, it convinces with its elegant, consistent coloring and a clear, modern shape. The additional handle ensures secure handling, even with larger quantities.

The high-quality CERAFORCE TITANIUM ceramic non-stick coating offers excellent non-stick properties and is particularly durable – manufactured without PFAS. The powerful aluminum base ensures fast and even heat distribution and is ideal for gentle braising as well as vigorous searing. The glass lid allows you to keep an eye on the food at all times.

The braising pan is suitable for all types of hobs including induction and is heat-resistant up to 230 °C. Thanks to its robust workmanship, dishwasher-safe surface and manufacture in Italy, it is a versatile and reliable companion for everyday kitchen use.
