Details

The ZWILLING Milano braising pan 28 cm in black with glass lid combines Italian design with high functionality. Designed by Milanese designers Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, it impresses with its elegant, consistent coloration and a clear, modern shape. The additional handle provides secure handling, even with larger quantities.

The high-quality CERAFORCE TITANIUM ceramic non-stick coating offers excellent release properties and is particularly durable – manufactured without PFAS. The powerful aluminum base ensures fast and even heat distribution and is ideal for gentle braising as well as for intense searing. The glass lid allows you to keep an eye on the food at all times.

The braising pan is suitable for all hob types including induction and heat-resistant up to 230 °C. Thanks to its robust workmanship, dishwasher-safe surface and production in Italy, it is a versatile and reliable companion for everyday cooking.
