Die ZWILLING Pure Bratpfanne 20 cm vereint kompaktes Format mit professioneller Leistung und steht für ambitioniertes Kochen im Alltag. Gefertigt aus hochwertigem, unbeschichtetem Edelstahl ist sie besonders robust und langlebig – ideal für das krosse Anbraten von Steaks und unpaniertem Fleisch.

Der dreilagige Pfannenkörper mit Aluminiumkern sorgt für eine schnelle und gleichmäßige Hitzeverteilung sowie eine effiziente Wärmespeicherung. So gelingen intensive Röstaromen und gleichmäßige Ergebnisse bei jeder Zubereitung.

Der ergonomische Stay-Cool-Griff mit Silikon liegt angenehm in der Hand und bleibt beim Kochen kühl. Die Pfanne ist für alle Herdarten inklusive Induktion geeignet, bis 180 °C backofenfest und spülmaschinengeeignet.
