The ZWILLING Pure frying pan, 28 cm, stands for sophisticated everyday cooking and combines minimalist design with professional performance. Made from high-quality, uncoated stainless steel, it is especially robust, durable and ideal for vigorous searing – perfect for steaks and unbreaded meats.

The three-layer pan body with an aluminum core ensures rapid and even heat distribution as well as optimal heat retention. This produces aromatic roasted flavors and consistent results with every preparation.

The ergonomic stay-cool handle with silicone sits comfortably in the hand and remains cool during cooking. The pan is suitable for all hob types including induction, ovenproof up to 180 °C and dishwasher-safe. A versatile stainless steel pan for those who value quality, functionality and timeless design.
