Boos Blocks 4 Cooks
Practical All-Purpose Cutting Boards – 2.5 cm Thick
Boos Blocks 4 Cooks cutting boards are handy cutting boards for everyday use. With a thickness of 2.5 cm, these boards are not quite as thick and also a bit lighter than their larger counterparts. This makes it possible to store the 4 Cooks cutting boards in drawers if necessary. The cutting boards are available in two sizes: 30.5 x 20.5 cm or 43 x 30.5 cm.
Double-Sided with Side Handle Grooves
As is typical with Boos Blocks, the 4 Cooks cutting boards are double-sided. You should take advantage of this, as it will help preserve the surface. Side handle grooves allow for easy flipping or moving of the cutting boards. By the way, a small saucer also fits in the grooves, so you can slide fine cuttings onto the saucer. Rounded edges also help with this.
Maple or Walnut Wood from Certified Cultivation
When it comes to wood, you can choose between maple or walnut. Both woods are just hard enough to be robust and durable, but not too hard that they don't give a little when cutting. This protects the blades and prevents them from dulling too quickly, at least not due to the cutting board. As a member of the American National Hardwood Lumberjack Association, Boos Blocks guarantees that all woods come from certified and sustainable forestry. Additionally, every Boos Blocks cutting board receives the Boos Blocks Bee-Wax Finish as a final step after production.
