Are you looking for a frying pan that is both robust and versatile? The de Buyer Choc Extreme pan with a 32 cm diameter could be just the thing for you. Made from 3 mm thick die-cast aluminium, it offers excellent heat conduction and retention so your food cooks evenly.
The high-quality PTFE-based non-stick coating allows for low-fat frying and prevents food from sticking. This makes dishes like omelettes, fish, or vegetables easy to prepare. In addition, the coating is extremely heat- and abrasion-resistant, which increases the pan’s durability.
The ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle is hollow and riveted, so it only warms up slightly during cooking and ensures safe handling. The base, reinforced with magnetic steel, makes the pan suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and prevents warping at high temperatures.
Although the pan is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing to prolong its lifespan. With the de Buyer Choc Extreme pan you are investing in a durable and reliable piece of cookware that will serve you well when preparing a wide variety of dishes.
