If you are looking for a high-quality wok for your kitchen, the de Buyer Choc Extreme Wok with a 32 cm diameter might be just the right choice for you. Made from robust die-cast aluminum, this wok offers excellent heat conduction and retention, ensuring your dishes cook evenly.
The reinforced PTFE-based non-stick coating allows you to cook with minimal fat without food sticking. This is particularly useful for preparing Asian dishes like stir-fried vegetables or noodle pans. Additionally, the coating is extremely heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant, which increases the wok's longevity.
Thanks to the base reinforced with magnetic steel, the wok is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The handle grips are directly connected to the body, providing additional stability. However, note that these handles can become hot during cooking; therefore, using pot holders or towels is recommended.
