The 14 cm long blade is made of German rust-free X50CrMoV15 steel. The total length is 26.7 cm. The special feature of the de Buyer Fibre Karbon 2 FK2 Serving Knife is the lightweight yet sturdy handle made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
With the innovative Rebalance System at the end of the handle of the serving knife, you can adjust the ideal counterweight for you. This way, the de Buyer Serving Knife is perfectly balanced in your hand for every cut.
