The de Buyer Fibre Karbon 2 FK2 Paring Knife / Multi-Purpose Knife is suitable for cutting off growths or sprouts, as well as cutting and peeling fruits and vegetables. It can also be used for making decorations.
The Fibre Karbon 2 series is the affordable entry into the de Buyer knife world for passionate hobby chefs.
The 9 cm long blade is made of German rust-free X50CrMoV15 steel. The total length is 21.7 cm. The special feature of the de Buyer Fibre Karbon 2 FK2 Paring Knife / Multi-Purpose Knife is the lightweight yet sturdy handle made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
With the innovative Rebalance System at the end of the handle of the paring knife, you can adjust the ideal counterweight for you. This way, the de Buyer Paring Knife is perfectly balanced in your hand with every cut.
