Die Prima Matera Serie von de Buyer ist ein, wenn nicht sogar das absolute Highlight! Der Korpus aus Kupfer erwärmt sich schnell & gleichmäßig und punktet zudem mit einer sehr guten Wärmespeicherung. Da Kupfer bei hoher Hitze etwas weicher wird und zudem mit Lebensmitteln reagiert, findest du Inneren eine dünne Schicht Edelstahl (0,2 mm). Diese robuste Schicht schützt das Kupfer und sorgt für eine perfekte Hygiene.
Kupfer ist nicht magnetisch und daher nicht für Induktionsfelder geeignet. Abhilfe schafft bei der Prima Matera Serie eine magnetische Bodenplatte, wodurch das Kochgeschirr auch hervorragend auf Induktion funktioniert.
Die Prima Matera Serie ist mit zwei Griffvarianten erhältlich: ganz klassisch mit schicken Gusseisengriffen oder praktisch mit Edelstahlgussgriffen, die sich weniger erwärmen.
