Details
Small roasting and cooking pot with a capacity of 1.8 liters, a diameter of 16 cm at the top and a base of 13 cm at a height of 8.8 cm.
All superlatives apply to the induction-compatible Prima Matera series from de Buyer 1830. The ace up its sleeve is the 2 millimeter thick walls made of 90% pure copper. No other material is as heat-conductive and yet as deformation-resistant at high temperatures.
To prevent a reaction with food, the inner wall is lined with stainless steel. This layer serves only for hygiene and makes cleaning easier. There is no impairment of heat conductivity. Please note that copper pots and pans should be cleaned by hand and not in the dishwasher.
Another special feature is the bottom made of magnetic steel. This bottom optimally absorbs the energy of induction fields and transfers the heat directly to the body. The result is heating at absolute top speed.
Two generously sized handle grips made of cast stainless steel are firmly connected to the body with rivets. The handles only become slightly warm and the safety distance to the body prevents you from accidentally burning your fingers. The proven stainless steel lid with a centrally arranged bulge is also included.
