The Fusion series from Falk Culinair is distinguished by its innovative combination of materials. The pan body is made of 1.8 mm solid copper, known for its excellent heat conductivity. A thin layer of austenitic stainless steel on the inside provides durability and easy cleaning. Additionally, a 0.5 mm thick layer of ferritic steel on the bottom enables use on induction hobs, so you can use the pan on all types of cooktops.
With a height of 5.6 cm and a capacity of 3.4 liters, the pan offers ample space for a variety of dishes.
