Details

The GLOBAL Mandoline GSL-64/BC – premium vegetable slicer – impresses with the highest precision and quality. With a cutting width of 64 mm and continuously adjustable slice thickness from 0.5 to 5 mm, it effortlessly produces both wafer-thin slices and uniform vegetable pieces. Three julienne blades allow for fine to coarse strips, while extremely sharp, resharpenable knives ensure durability. A newly developed finger guard guarantees maximum safety during use.

Made from robust, BPA-free ABS plastic, the mandoline is temperature-resistant from –10 °C to +70 °C and represents ergonomic, long-lasting design. 100% made in Japan – ideal for professionals and ambitious home cooks who appreciate uncompromising quality.
