Die GLOBAL Mandoline GSL-95/BC – Premium Gemüsehobel bietet mit ihrer großzügigen Schnittbreite von 95 mm maximale Flexibilität in der modernen Küche. Die stufenlos verstellbare Schnittstärke von 0,5 bis 8 mm ermöglicht hauchdünne bis kräftige Scheiben, während drei Julienne-Klingen für vielfältige Schnittvarianten von fein bis grob sorgen. Die extrem scharfen, nachschleifbaren Messer garantieren präzise Ergebnisse und langanhaltende Schärfe, ein sicherer Fingerschutz sorgt zusätzlich für unbeschwertes Arbeiten.
