A 3-piece set consisting of a 10 cm 6710P utility knife, a 15 cm 6715U utility knife, and a 20 cm 6720C chef's knife from the Wasabi black series. With this starter set, nothing can really go wrong. Blade length: 10/15/20 cm symmetrically ground, material: rust-free, polished stainless steel, hardness: approx. 56 HRC, handle: oval shape made of a combination of polypropylene and bamboo powder, handle length: 12.6 cm each, total length: 22.6/27.6/32.6 cm, series: Wasabi black, manufacturer's number: 67S-300.
