Die KAI Wasabi Black Messer sind ein perfekter Einstieg in die Welt japanischer Messer. Genutzt in den japanischen Großküchen erfüllen diese Messer selbst die strengsten Hygiene-Anforderungen. Für den Dauereinsatz konzipiert sind die Messer robust, pflegeleicht, haben eine gute Standhaltigkeit und lassen sich sehr leicht nachschärfen. Der schwarze Kunststoffgriff hat eine gute Haptik, die sich bei längerem Einsatz erst richtig bemerkbar macht. Dank der aufgerauten Oberfläche rutschen die Messer nicht aus der Hand, auch nicht mit feuchten Händen.
