The Microplane Gourmet grater set consists of a zester, a vegetable slicer and a cut-protection glove, and is presented in an elegant black gift box. The zester, with razor-sharp, photo-etched stainless steel blades made in the USA, is suitable for citrus zest, chocolate, ginger and nutmeg, among other things. The vegetable slicer can cut potatoes, zucchini, carrots, cucumbers, radishes and other foods into approximately 2 mm thin slices.
The graters in the Microplane Gourmet series feature ergonomic soft-touch handles and non-slip plastic feet for comfortable and stable use. The included cut-protection glove is suitable for both right- and left-handed users and is machine-washable up to 60 °C. Reusable blade covers are also included. The graters are dishwasher-safe.
