Details
The Microplane Gourmet grater set with peeler consists of a zester, a very coarse grater and a professional peeler and is delivered in an elegant black gift box. The zester, with razor-sharp, photo-etched stainless steel blades from the USA, is suitable, among other things, for citrus zest, chocolate, ginger and nutmeg. The very coarse grater produces hearty strips from soft cheeses, fruits and vegetables, while the professional peeler, with its movable blade, peels various produce paper-thin.
The graters in the Microplane Gourmet series feature ergonomic soft-touch handles, wide grating surfaces and non-slip feet for comfortable and stable working. Reusable protective sheaths for the sharp blades are included in the set. The graters and the peeler are dishwasher safe.
