Microplane Gourmet Series Dual Grater Coarse & Fine

Gourmet Series dual grater from Microplane with two blade types on one grating surface: coarse and fine. The one-sided photochemically etched stainless steel blades produce fine shavings on the coarse surface that are slightly larger than those from the fine grating surface.

This Microplane Gourmet grater has a 14 x 5 cm grating surface and an ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip soft-touch coating, including a hanging loop. A likewise non-slip rubber foot provides the necessary stability while grating. Each Microplane Gourmet grater includes a reusable blade guard.
