Details
Gourmet Series Professional Slicer by Microplane. The single-sided photo-etched stainless steel blade produces fine, 2 mm thin slices.
The Microplane Gourmet graters feature a slightly curved grating surface measuring 13.5 x 6 cm and an ergonomically designed handle with a non-slip soft-touch coating, including a hanging loop. A non-slip rubber foot also ensures the necessary stability while grating. Each Microplane Gourmet grater comes with a reusable blade cover.
