Cut, don't press! With the Microplane garlic cutter, peeled garlic is placed in the 3.5 x 2.5 cm container and chopped by simply moving it back and forth on the 8 x 2 cm grating surface. The natural oils and flavors are preserved, and the chopped garlic is collected in the transparent container. You can use the scraper, which is hidden in the lid, to remove the chopped garlic.
