Microplane can do much more than just grating
Microplane became world famous for their graters. The zesters from the Premium Classic Series and the Gourmet Series are indispensable in kitchens. However, Microplane has much more to offer, such as peelers, spice mills, and a really good pizza cutter. All of these products and many more are included in the Microplane Specialty Series.
Multifunctional and practical kitchen tools
Most items in the Microplane Specialty series serve multiple purposes at once. The Ginger Tool, for example, is a grater, peeler, and scraper all in one. In the Nutmeg Mill, you can grind not only nutmegs but also many other nuts, tonka beans, long peppers, and many other spices. With the Slicers, you can adjust different cutting thicknesses and also slice julienne strips.
Items like the Tower Graters with 4 or 5 different grating surfaces are very practical. At first glance, the Bowl Grater also seems to be just a grater. Upon closer inspection, however, it quickly becomes apparent what a simply practical piece it is. It's amazing that no one thought of it before. And the two Peelers with smooth or serrated blades peel extremely well.
