The Microplane Easy Prep Spiralizer (technically a julienne cutter) is perfect for easily cutting 5mm thick strips of firm vegetables such as carrots, zucchini, and the like. You can use the julienne strips to refine your salad or enjoy them as vegetable spaghetti, for example, cooked in a wok. With the two 5cm long blades for wider or thinner vegetables, you will always find the optimal stability. The razor-sharp stainless steel blades have a long lifespan thanks to the photo-etching technology used in their production.
