Mit der Peugeot Appolia Terrine mit Pressfunktion in schiefergrau kannst du deine kulinarischen Kreationen auf ein neues Level heben. Diese hochwertige Keramikform ist ideal für die Zubereitung von Terrinen, Pasteten und Gänseleberpasteten mit einem Gewicht von 600 bis 700 Gramm. Die gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung der Keramik sorgt für ein schonendes Garen, wodurch die Aromen deiner Zutaten optimal erhalten bleiben.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist die integrierte Keramikpresse, mit der du überschüssiges Fett aus deinen Gänseleberpasteten mühelos entfernen kannst. Der passgenaue Deckel hält deine Speisen warm und dient gleichzeitig als elegante Servierplatte. Dank der ergonomisch geformten Griffe lässt sich die Terrine sicher vom Ofen direkt auf den Tisch transportieren.

Die glatte, abriebfeste Emaille-Oberfläche erleichtert die Reinigung erheblich und macht die Form spülmaschinengeeignet. Zudem ist die Terrine temperaturbeständig von -20°C bis +250°C, sodass du sie problemlos im Backofen, in der Mikrowelle oder im Gefrierschrank verwenden kannst.
