Want to give your dishes the finishing touch? The Peugeot Bistrorama pepper mill in aubergine combines traditional design with modern functionality and adds color to your kitchen.
This 10 cm-high mill is made of high-quality beech wood, finished with a glossy aubergine-colored lacquer. At its heart is the proven Peugeot grinding mechanism made of hardened steel, known for its durability and precision. The grind can be easily adjusted via the top screw: the tighter you fasten it, the finer the ground pepper will be. Thanks to the double-row spiral gearing, the peppercorns are first pre-cut and then evenly ground, which guarantees optimal aroma.
Refilling the mill is simple: by unscrewing the head you can refill it quickly and cleanly. A stylish detail is the "P" on the silver top screw, identifying the pepper mill. This mill is excellent for black, white, green, or red peppercorns as well as coriander seeds. For pink berries it is recommended to use them mixed in with a maximum 15% proportion.
