The specially designed grinding mechanism is optimally tuned for dry salt crystals up to 4 mm in size. By turning the head screw you can adjust the grind size individually — the tighter you turn it, the finer the result. This gives you full control over the grain of your salt at all times.

Please note that the mill is not suitable for moist sea salt. Therefore use only dry rock salt to ensure the longevity of the grinding mechanism.
