The specially developed grinding mechanism ensures an even grind that preserves aroma. You can adjust the grind size individually using the top screw: tighten the screw for a finer texture or loosen it for coarser results. This lets you match the salt perfectly to your culinary creations, whether for a delicate carpaccio or a hearty steak.
Made from high-quality wood with a glossy finish, the mill blends harmoniously into any kitchen decor. Its ergonomic shape ensures comfortable grinding, even with prolonged use. Please note that this mill is suitable only for dry rock salt and should not be used with moist sea salt.
