The Peugeot Molène moist salt mill in elegant pearl white is the stylish answer to moist sea salts like Guérande or Fleur de Sel. Inside, the patented Zirlion grinding mechanism made of zirconia ceramic – an innovation from Peugeot – does the work. It is not only particularly hard and corrosion-resistant, but also specially designed to grind even very moist or clumped salt evenly – without jamming.

Thanks to the clever anti-blocking spiral, the salt is continuously loosened and reliably fed to the grinder. The grind setting is adjusted in the classic way via the top screw: tighter for fine, looser for coarse salt.
