The heart of this mill is the proven Peugeot grinding mechanism made of hardened steel. It features a double-row spiral gear that first pre-cuts the peppercorns and then grinds them. This releases the aromas optimally and gives your dish the perfect flavor. The grind setting can be adjusted individually via the top screw: the tighter you turn it, the finer the grind.
