This classic frying pan made of enameled steel impresses with its black interior and exterior. The pore-free smooth surface is hygienic, neutral in taste, and resistant to cuts and scratches. Thanks to its excellent heat conduction, the pan quickly responds to temperature changes and allows for energy-efficient cooking. It is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction and open fire, and withstands temperatures up to 450°C, with the manufacturer recommending an operating temperature of 220°C.

The curved side edges and two handle grips make handling easier and make the pan ideal for serving directly at the table. Whether for egg dishes, dumplings, or vegetable pans – the gourmet pan is universally applicable and a true all-rounder in the kitchen.
