Riess Classic Black Enamel

The Riess Classic Black Enamel series is suitable for all dishes that are served in a pan. The dark color improves the frying result even at high temperatures. The combination of fused iron and glass enables the hard, pore-free, scratch and cut-resistant surface of the Riess Classic Black Enamel products. Each item in the Riess Classic Black Enamel series, such as the braising pan, schnitzel pan or lumberjack pan, is suitable for nickel allergy sufferers, as nickel cannot escape through the enameled surface.

The Riess steamer with glass lid makes healthy and energy-saving cooking routine. For fans of Far Eastern specialties, the wok with lid is the right companion. Cooking with the wok is tasty, the vegetables remain crisp and vitamins are less destroyed.

Riess Classic Black Enamel cookware such as the schnitzel pan is suitable for all types of stoves such as electric, gas or induction. Matching glass lids for all round pans with diameters of 20 cm, 24 cm and 28 cm are included in the range.
