Details

The SILENCE PRO frying pan with a 28 cm diameter impresses with its simple, elegant appearance and a range of features that fully meet the demands of the modern kitchen. The high-quality ProCeraPlus ceramic coating enables health-conscious, low-fat frying and, thanks to its robust, mineral structure, offers excellent non-stick properties. The natural quartz coating is free of PTFE and PFAS, making it particularly safe for everyday use.

Made from durable 18/10 stainless steel, the pan has a encapsulated base with an aluminum core that ensures even heat distribution and optimal heat retention. This allows dishes to cook evenly and energy-efficiently. The ergonomically shaped handle sits comfortably in the hand and features a practical rest for kitchen utensils; it is heat-resistant up to 200 °C.

With a capacity of 3.3 liters, the pan is ideal for a wide variety of frying dishes. It is suitable for all common types of stovetops – electric, ceramic, gas and induction – as well as for use in the oven. To preserve the coating’s longevity, hand washing is recommended, as the pan is not dishwasher-safe.
