Details

The serving pan SILENCE PRO with a 28 cm diameter combines understated elegance with high functionality and offers everything modern cookware needs to deliver today. Made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and equipped with the durable ProCeraPlus ceramic coating, it enables health-conscious, low-fat frying while providing excellent non-stick properties. The robust, mineral coating is based on natural quartz and is free of PTFE and PFAS.

The encapsulated base with an aluminum core ensures even heat distribution and reliable heat retention, so food can be cooked optimally and then served directly and stylishly. The silicone-coated handles sit securely and comfortably in the hand and are heat-resistant up to 200 °C, making the pan suitable for use in the oven as well.

With a capacity of 4.5 liters, the serving pan offers enough space for larger portions and versatile dishes. It is suitable for all common hob types – electric, ceramic, gas and induction. To preserve the quality of the coating over the long term, hand washing is recommended, as the pan is not dishwasher-safe.
