Made from robust glass, it allows you to keep an eye on the cooking process without having to lift the lid. The solid cast iron knob ensures safe handling and gives the lid an appealing look.

This lid is compatible with various Skeppshult products, including the cast iron roaster 5.5 l (28 cm Ø), the serving pans 28 cm Ø (Art. No. 285T, 285V, 0130T), and the frying pan 28 cm Ø (Art. No. 0005). With a heat resistance of up to 230 °C, it is suitable for use on the stove as well as in the oven.

The combination of glass and cast iron ensures durability and functionality. The lid weighs approximately 0.9 kg and sits stably on the cookware due to its own weight. Please note that it is only partially suitable for 28 cm grill pans, as the edge dimensions may vary slightly.
