If you are looking for a robust and versatile frying pan, the Skeppshult Traditional Serving Pan with a diameter of 28 cm and a glass lid is just right for you. Made from high-quality cast iron, it offers excellent heat conduction and retention, ensuring your dishes are cooked evenly. The straight side walls and rounded bottom make it easy to flip and serve dishes.
The rough surface of the cast iron creates an air cushion between the pan's bottom and the food, reducing sticking. Additionally, the pan is factory-seasoned with rapeseed oil, providing natural non-stick properties. Thanks to the magnetic base plate, it is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The ergonomic handle made of beech wood feels comfortable in the hand and features a practical hanging loop made of cast iron.
The included glass lid allows you to observe the cooking process without letting heat escape. With this serving pan, you get a durable cookware that combines functionality and appealing design.
