With the triangle Spirit paring knife featuring an 8 cm long, moderately pointed blade, you have a versatile tool for your kitchen. Whether you're peeling crisp carrots, chopping fresh herbs, or cutting fruit into bite-sized pieces, this knife gives you reliable support during food preparation.
The blade is made of hardened stainless steel, ensuring high edge retention. Sharpened on both sides, the knife is suitable for both right- and left-handed users. If the blade loses its sharpness, it can be resharpened quickly and easily.
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of Green-Grip plastic. Green-Grip matches conventional plastics in robustness, durability, and food safety. The handle's slightly textured surface feels comfortable and provides a secure grip, even with wet hands. The handle also features a practical hanging loop so you can save space when storing the knife.
With an overall length of 19 cm and a blade length of 8 cm, the knife offers a good balance between ease of handling and functionality. Please note that the knife is not dishwasher-safe and should therefore be washed by hand to preserve its quality and durability.
