With the triangle Spirit cake knife, cutting and serving cakes is a breeze. The 18 cm blade made of hardened stainless steel has two cutting edges: a smooth edge for soft cakes and creams and a finely serrated edge for firmer baked goods and cake bases. This lets you effortlessly cut and serve different types of baked goods with a single tool.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made of Green-Grip plastic. Green-Grip matches conventional plastics in terms of sturdiness, durability, and food safety. The lightly textured surface feels comfortable and provides a secure grip during use.

Another practical feature is the hanging loop on the handle, which allows for space-saving storage. The cake knife is also rustproof and dishwasher-safe, making cleanup easier.
