Mit der triangle Spirit Käsereibe bringst du Präzision und Nachhaltigkeit in deine Küche. Ihre feine Zahnung ermöglicht das mühelose Reiben von Hartkäse wie Parmesan oder Pecorino, aber auch von Ingwer und Zitruszesten. So verfeinerst du deine Gerichte mit aromatischen Akzenten.

Die Klinge aus hochwertigem Edelstahl wird durch ein spezielles Photoetching-Verfahren geschärft, was für langanhaltende Schärfe sorgt. Der ergonomische Griff besteht aus Green-Grip-Kunststoff, einem biobasierten Material mit 40% Holzanteil, das ressourcenschonend und robust ist. Die leicht aufgeraute Oberfläche des Griffs gewährleistet sicheren Halt, selbst bei feuchten Händen.

Mit einer Reibfläche von 9 x 4,5 cm und einer Gesamtlänge von 26,5 cm liegt die Reibe gut in der Hand und ist vielseitig einsetzbar. Ein praktischer Tipp: Weichere Käsesorten wie junger Gouda lassen sich leichter reiben, wenn du sie kurz im Tiefkühlfach anfrieren lässt.
