With the triangle Spirit cake knife, cutting and serving cakes becomes a breeze. The 18 cm long blade made of hardened stainless steel features two edges: a smooth one for soft cakes and creams, and a finely serrated one for firmer pastries and bases. This allows you to effortlessly cut and serve different types of pastries with a single tool.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made of Green-Grip plastic, a plant-based material that is more resource-efficient and sustainable than conventional plastics. Despite its eco-friendliness, Green-Grip matches traditional plastics in terms of robustness, durability, and food safety. The slightly textured surface provides a pleasant feel and a secure grip during use.

Another practical feature is the hanging loop on the handle, which allows for space-saving storage. Additionally, the cake knife is rust-free and dishwasher safe, making cleaning easy.
